请教各位一个问题 ,12月份给客户报了一个价格,也寄了样品,后来他没有很快下单,后来也和他联系过,昨天突然说要20000到30000PCS 的货 可是材料价格已经涨了很多 我告诉他价格要变,他有点惊讶,然后告诉我 别的供应商价格没变,我该怎么跟他说 ,能有比较大的可能

2)涨价幅度,涨价后价格,涨价原因
TIPS:
A) 借用BOM表,用数据说话, 哪些材料涨价了,每吨多少钱,你产品的用料,成本上升多少?某产品总共的成本上升多少钱?
B) 如果有多款产品,整体上升的幅度范围,让客户有个初步的认识;
3) 涨价生效日期,涨价缓冲期的解决方案。
TIPS:
客户可能是中间商,给他一个缓冲时间,有助于逼单;
即刻涨价生效会让客户很恼火!

Now due to some of the main material rising 10%-30%, and the market does not expect it to come down in the near future, So this has led to the inflation of prices all over.After checking with other suppliers, trust you have found the same.
The price of our product increased about USDxxx/PC. Enclosed please find the BOM for our product, after raw material increased.
So, we have no choice but to rising the price around 5%, it is effective from Jan 15, 2017. Enclosed please find the updated price list.

就这个事情,背后是有很多信息可以挖的,不是简单的一封邮件解释就可以的.一是你们涨价的幅度有多大,是不是必须要涨价的程度二是市场上是否真如客户所说别的供应商价格没变,有没有做过调查? 三是这个客户的潜力如何,是否值得你们做出大的让步.
